This project aims to improve the consciousness of Parents and trainers to encourage them about how to raise healthy children between the ages of twelve and eighteen.
Therefore, this project team plans to provide the following subjects to participating families:
The development characteristics of the youngsters between the ages of twelve and eighteen who are growing as normal individuals but need special education: personal development characteristics, problems, needs, positive and negative impacts of parental behaviours on the personal development of the youngsters between the ages of twelve and eighteen, primary prevention steps for teens to avoid major personal risks, important life skills to be acquired to the youngsters between the ages of twelve and eighteen such as self-recognition, self-presentation, being organized, communication skills, to be able to say ‘no’ when needed, problem solving skills, and skills to take care of things on their own.



PROJECT GOALS
  • To support the healthy development of personal characteristics for the youngsters between the Ages of TWELVE AND EIGHTEEN.
  • To provide a potential support to the parents of the youngsters between the ages of TWELVE and FIFTEEN; thus, parents will be able to acquire consciousness to support their youngsters between ages of twelve and eighteen whose psychological, social, spiritual, and mental development must be healthy and normal.
  • To provide a specialized, time-limited, goal-oriented seminars to help parents change behaviours that create the risk.


PROJECT TARGETS

Project targets for the youngsters between the ages of twelve and fifteen to obtain the family support they must need for themselves such as self-recognition, self-presentation, being organized, communication skills, to be able to say ‘no’ when needed, problem solving skills, and skills to take care of things on their own.
The learners will improve their knowledge about their teenagers’ problems, and they will be able to express their own creativity. Furthermore, we believe that these activities can be of a significant interest to all participating Institutions/Schools by improving the linguistic and relational abilities of the learners and educators.



There will be descriptions of prepared methods of diagnosing parents’ and teenagers’ needs, including; Interactive questioners via the internet, a report on carried out diagnosis, a report on carried out evaluation.
